lo deletrea, por favor? = can you spell it (out) please? This
is using intonation to make a statement in to a question. You
simply say it and rise the tone at the end of the sentence to make it
sound like a question. If you said "me lo deletrea" then this could
mean "you are spelling it out for me". ¿Me ayuda a ... ? = Will you help me to ... ? Again, this is using intonation. ¿Puedo ir con usted? = Can I go with you? ¿Puede con eso? = Can you manage that? ¿Querría una taza de té? = (formal) Would you like a cup of tea? (or ¿Quieres ... ? for an informal use) ¿Habla inglés? = You speak English? ¿Sabe hablar inglés? = Do you know how to speak English? ¿Puede hablar inglés? = Can you speak English? | ||||
