This page describes how to enter the letters with key combinations. For an easier way, I have written a JavaScript program to do it for you - click here
To enter accented letters in a word processor or a text entry box, press Alt Gr with a vowel to obtain:
Para escribir letras en un procesador de textos, pulse Alt Gr con una vocal para obtener:
á é í ó ú
or Alt Gr + Shift + a vowel:
o Alt Gr + tecla de mayúsculas + una vocal:
Á É Í Ó Ú

For other letters and symbols, make sure the Num Lock is on. Hold down Alt and type on the numeric keypad:
Sujete Alt y pulse estes números con el teclado numérico para obtener otros símbolos:
164 = ñ 165 = Ñ
129 = ü 154 = Ü
168 = ¿ 173 = ¡

When writing a html document, here are the character entities for the above:
Para una página web:
á = á é = é í = í ó = ó ú = ú
Á = Á É = É Í = Í Ó = Ó Ú = Ú
ñ = ñ Ñ = Ñ
ü = ü Ü = Ü
¿ = ¿ ¡ = ¡
